Mission Statement: To serve the residents of the area by making readily available a variety of materials, resources, and programs to promote education, learning, and recreation both virtually and in person.
Public internet access has been restored at the Chester County Library locations. Some libraries, including Chester Springs, may be experiencing local phone and e-mail issues. Work to fully restore all services continues. Updates will be posted.
