My Life with Herbs – Working towards Sustainability
and Equitable Returns to Community and
Environment.
Chester Springs is home to remarkable
people. David Hircock, B. Pharm, MRPS, MNIMH is one of
them.
Join us for his incredible photo presentation and
discussion; including stories about his travel and work in the
most remote areas of the world, and his own family’s
involvement to help girls in India attend school.
David is an internationally respected human rights
advocate and expert on conserving biodiversity and the
rights of indigenous people to profit from their native
plants and raw materials when used outside their
community. His talk includes the legal aspects and laws for
the use of tradition and cultural knowledge. He also works
with Nobel Peace laureate Kailash Satyarthi for children’s
rights to education and to end child labor, child slavery and
child marriage.
Do you, or do you know, someone who does something interesting? Have a great adventure to share? Let us know, we want to hear it
