The Board of Trustees is pleased to announce the hiring of our new Library Director. Nancy Niggels comes to us from the Chester County Library & District Center, Exton, where she was the Reference and Information Literacy Librarian. Previously, she was the Children’s Librarian at Royersford Free Public Library in Montgomery County. Nancy brings a wealth of experience in programming, communication, technology and marketing. We are very excited to have Nancy lead the Chester Springs Library and bring her energy and talents to our corner of Chester County.
